By implementing the latest generation of temperature control systems and machine learning algorithms for demand forecasting, we minimise food waste while maximising customer satisfaction. We are currently developing our proprietary SaaS platform for supply chain management, which will integrate local producers directly into our distribution network, shortening the "farm-to-table" path to a matter of hours.
